AI Ergonomics is Knowella’s tool for automatically assessing ergonomic risk using video and computer vision.
Instead of manual observation or lengthy ergonomic assessments, the system analyzes a short video of a worker performing a task and evaluates posture, movement, and body positioning. It then generates ergonomic risk scores and reports aligned with standard assessment methods such as RULA, REBA, NIOSH, and WISHA.
This allows organizations to identify potential injury risks quickly and improve workplace design before issues lead to musculoskeletal injuries.
