Forgetting your password can happen, but Knowella provides easy ways to regain access to your account. Depending on whether your email address is available, you can reset your password yourself or request help from your company administrator.
Option 1: Reset Password Using the “Forgot Password” Option
If you remember the email address associated with your account, you can reset your password directly from the login page.
Steps to reset your password:
- Go to the Knowella login page
- Click on the Forgot Password option available on the login screen
- Enter your registered email address
- Follow the instructions sent to your email to create a new password
Once your password is reset, you can log in using the new credentials.
Option 2: Password Reset by Company Admin
If you do not know or no longer have access to the email linked to your account, only your company administrator can change your password.
Steps for admin to change the password:
- The company admin navigates to the Users section
- In the user list, go to the Actions column
- Click on the three dots (ellipsis) next to the user’s name
- Select the Change Password option
- Set a new password for the user
Important Notes
- The Forgot Password option works only if the registered email is accessible
- Admin password reset is required when the email is unknown or unavailable
- For security reasons, regular users cannot reset passwords for others
